Hi, I’m Mary – a baker and recipe developer based in Sydney. I grew up cooking and baking with my mom in a family obsessed with food, and that early love never left. After working in bakeries and restaurant kitchens in London and New York, I found my passion in whole-grain baking, milling my own flour, and creating recipes that feel both comforting and thoughtful. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m usually traveling, eating my way through new places, and finding inspiration to bring back home to my bakes.
